Lead Time

All items are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.  You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped with a shipping tracking number.   (Note: If you need order is needed within 1 business day, please contact us for shipping cost)              

 

 

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. It is very important to us that you are both happy and 100% satisfied with any items purchased from us.  If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, simply email or call us for an exchange within 3 days from the date you received the merchandise.  You will then be instructed where to send the item.  Once we received your item back in the original form, we will mail you a replacement complementary of Nailah’s.  We will also email you notification of item being shipped.  

 

Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number.   If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot provide any exchanges.   We're not responsible for the packages been lost or damaged during transit caused by the shippers.  Adding insurance is highly recommended for your return.

 

Custom Orders

In addition to the items available in our online store, we create customer order pieces designed to fit your individual needs. Custom orders can be placed via telephone (or via email with a follow-up phone call) with a Design Specialist. The Design Specialist will go over the types of leather, color, hardware, style and any distinct characteristics or personalization's.The customer will then receive an email confirmation of the details regarding their order. Once the order is established is agreed upon between the customer and the Design Specialist, the customer will receive an invoice to pay 50% of the total cost (which is non-refundable on custom orders).  The payment can be made via telephone with the Design Specialist or through PayPal.   The construction process customarily takes up to three weeks.  Once the order is completed, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining payment due, along with a picture of your order. The final payment is required within 3 days of the customer receiving their invoice.  After payment is received, the order will be mailed either FedEx or USPS Priority mail with a delivery confirmation.  If for some reason there is a problem with the order, please follow the return and exchanges guidelines.
